No Refund for Cancellations. Memberships are to ensure that your equipment systems are maintained and serviced properly to maintain consistent function. Our goal is to help provide clean air and water in your home. Membership does not cover natural disasters such as freezing, fire, water damage, tree falling on home, etc.  

The company reserves the right to increase monthly membership costs by 10% every 3yrs.
